Step 1

Pour water in a small saucepan and add sugar in it. Now bring it to boil to dissolve sugar. Once sugar is mixed take it away from the flame and allow to cool at room temperature.

Collect the lemon juice with pulp but without seeds.

Step 3

Combine sugar solution with lemon juice and store in fridge.

Step 4

Now your lemonade concentrate is ready!  This can be served by diluting with the water and some ice cubes in it.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Seedless Watermelon
  • 2 Piece Lemon
  • 4-5 Leaves Mint
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala

Instructions

  • Add the seedless watermelon, water, and granulated sugar into a blender and bled until it become smooth.
